She is known for saving her best for the biggest moments, as in the Women's Twenty20 World Cup final at the MCG in 2020 when she smashed 75 off just 39 balls to help Australia beat India and win their fifth T20 World Cup. She earned the honour of Match MVP with her performance that day. Alyssa Healy has participated in each of the five championships. She has participated in two Women's ODI World Cup-winning Australian teams.

In women's Twenty20 Internationals, Alyssa Healy also held the record for the most runs scored in an innings with 148 not out off 61 balls, which she scored against Sri Lanka.
