Participants in this competition were considered for selection to the first-ever Indian Women's Blind Cricket Team, which will compete at the World Blind Games in Birmingham in 2023.

Altidore Sports Green Park, Sachin Tendulkar Turf Ground, Ramasagara, Cricbuzz Cricket Academy, Chandapur, and Cricbiz Cricket Academy, Bannerghatta Road were the four locations in Bengaluru where the 24 league matches took place. Altiore Sports Green Park hosted the semifinals, and finals were held on 12th and 13th of January. After the conclusion of the finals, a large graduation party was held for the winners, Odisha Women.
Mr. Mahantesh G.K., President of CABI, spoke during the event, noting that the inaugural Indian Women's Cricket Team for the 10th Blind would be chosen based on their performances in this competition. “We're doing what we can to improve the women's game so that they can compete internationally with pride,” he said.
